1. What this is
The Interlude Assessment™ is a structured diagnostic designed to help you gain clarity across multiple areas of your life, including work, money, people, place, and identity.

It provides reflective insight, pattern recognition, and suggested next steps.
It is not a substitute for professional advice.

2. What you receive
Depending on your purchase, you will receive:

A written report (typically 6–10 pages), and

If selected, a follow-up debrief session
​
Reports are typically delivered within five (5) working days of completing the questionnaire.
​
​3. Purchase and pricing
Prices are shown at the point of purchase.

By purchasing, you confirm that:

You are purchasing as an individual (not on behalf of a third party without consent).

​4. Important: cancellation and refunds
Due to the personalised nature of the Assessment:

Work begins immediately once you submit your responses

By purchasing and submitting your questionnaire, you agree that the service begins immediately and you waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right
Refunds are therefore not provided once the questionnaire has been completed.
If you have not yet submitted your responses, you may contact us to request cancellation.

​5. Your responsibility
The usefulness of the Assessment depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

You agree to provide responses that are honest and to the best of your knowledge.
​
​6. Use of materials
The Interlude Assessment™, including its structure, methodology, and report content, is the intellectual property of Midlennial Ventures and The Interlude Café™.
Your report is provided for your personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the Assessment or its output for commercial purposes without prior written permission.​

​7. Not professional advice
The Interlude Assessment™ does not provide financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice.

Any decisions you make based on the output are your own.

​8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from use of the Assessment

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Assessment

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for services not provided with reasonable care and skill.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a purchase where necessary, including in cases of misuse or inappropriate use of the service.
